Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026. This policy covers the Immersive landing site and demo waitlist, operated by Justin Lam. It does not cover a future product account or projects.
Privacy contact
Justin Lam is the operator and person responsible for protecting personal information. For privacy questions, complaints, access, correction, withdrawal or deletion requests, email justinlam747@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your email address and record a generated identifier, registration time and the version of the signup notice. These let us manage your request, send a demo invitation and document how you signed up. The form does not ask for your name or a password. Joining does not create a login account, and we do not verify email ownership at signup.
By clicking “Join waitlist,” you request a demo invitation at that address. This does not subscribe you to newsletters, unrelated promotions or third-party marketing. We do not sell waitlist information.
The site’s hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to deliver and secure the site. If you contact us, we also receive your message and the information you include. Please send only what is needed for your request.
Providers and location
The site is configured for Vercel hosting and Supabase waitlist storage. The configured Supabase database is in the United States (US East). Privacy correspondence sent to the contact address is handled through Gmail, provided by Google. Providers may process information outside Quebec and Canada, where different laws may apply. Authorized providers and the operator may access information as needed to provide these services, protect the site or meet legal obligations.
Security and browser storage
The waitlist database restricts access to the backend and authorized administrators. Server credentials are not included in the public site. The signup code does not put your email in browser storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.
The landing site does not add advertising cookies or marketing trackers. Your browser may cache public fonts, scripts and images for faster visits; these cached assets do not contain your waitlist email.
Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist information while your demo request is pending. When that purpose ends, the waitlist closes, or a verified deletion request is accepted, the operator removes the relevant information from the active waitlist and any owner-controlled exports or mailing tools used for that purpose, unless retention is required by law. Deletion is handled manually.
Deleting an active record does not instantly erase provider backups. Backup copies may remain until the provider’s applicable retention cycle expires. We will explain any applicable retention or legal exception when responding to your request, and must account for deletion requests if data is restored.
Your choices and requests
You can withdraw your demo request, ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion by emailing Justin Lam, preferably from the address used to sign up. We may verify your control of that address before disclosing or deleting information. Withdrawal stops further use of your address for the demo request; it does not undo processing that already took place.
This waitlist has no product account to delete. A request here concerns the waitlist entry and associated personal information, not a future account or its projects. If you have a privacy concern, contact Justin Lam; you may also contact the privacy regulator with jurisdiction, including Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
Changes
We will update this page when these practices change and change the date above. A policy update alone does not grant permission to use your email for a new marketing purpose.
